BACK TO PRIMAL
Back to Primal is my unique take on fitness. It is an eclectic blend of primal-based exercises, Yoga, and martial arts. The aim is to build a mobile, strong, and open body.
Most of my practice is through body-weight training; however, I do enjoy exploring simple tools from time to time, such as Indian Clubs and some martial arts weapons like sticks and staff.
You’ll likely also notice from my content that I love to train outdoors in beautiful landscapes adding the element of Grounding (or Earthing) into my workouts.
